Shipping & returns
How orders leave the maker, when they arrive, and what to do if something is not quite right.
Delivery
Felvani is a dropshipping shop: we curate the edit, and trusted makers prepare and ship your order. Most parcels leave within a few business days.
United Kingdom: standard delivery usually arrives in about 5–10 working days after dispatch.
International: we ship to many addresses outside the UK. Delivery times vary by destination. Duties and import fees, when they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility and are shown at checkout where we can calculate them in advance.
Free shipping: UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. The threshold is shown in the announce bar at the top of every page.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way. Signed-in customers can also view order status from Track Order.
Returns
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Garden tools and tableware that have been used outdoors or at the table cannot be refunded. If you are unsure whether your piece qualifies, write to us before posting anything back.
To start a return, email hello@felvani.com with your order number. We will reply with a returns label and next steps.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged or a line is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will work with the maker to replace or refund the affected item.
